The grace of the vines, the density of the reds and the sparseness makes this a very elegant textile to hang up!
Le opere tessili "Suzani" sono talvolta viste con ricami a punto catenella - secondo me quel punto non è così attraente come quello usato in questo pezzo. The stitch used here is dense and flat and feels like a second layer stuck onto the base cloth. The craftsmanship is quite amazing in such pieces.
