Absolutely stunning fine embroidery on a Sindh Valley Pillow case.

With Tan work rendered in cotton thread on the edges of the central square and minute kharek work rendered in silk floss within.

Surrounded by an broad applique border with small mirrorwork.

The front is made of handwoven base cloth. Note the dual color piping between the border and the central piece.

Extremely rare. Extremely fine neat work.

Rare. Probably the last of this quality that I shall see.

Minor signs of age and use are present.
