Refund policy
These are all old items and must be presumed to be "NOT" perfect condition. They have lived full lives with the original creators and are expected to have signs of that life in the form of minor stains, losses, damage and repairs.
Returns are accepted and the process is as follows:
1. TIMELINE
1.1 You must email us at at jaina@wovensouls.com within 2 days of receiving the item
AND
1.2 The item must reach us within 14 days of your email.
2. REFUND
2.1 Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you
2.3 Your refund will be processed after deducting shipping / paypal fees / credit card fees.
Paypal fees / Credit Card Fees are usually effectively 6% after taking into account exchange rates.
The mode of refund will usually be the mode through which you paid for the item.

3. SHIPPING OF RETURNS
Shipping costs of items sent to you are non-refundable. The refund applies only to the price of the item.
3.1 You will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs.
3.2 To return the item, you must use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance with proof of delivery.
