Set of 4 fragments of an Indian Trade textile fro the Siam market
Depicts floral motifs print on a coarse cloth.
Such patterns were seen on the end panels of textiles produced for the Thai market
Is quite likely stencil-printed in Gujarat
Collected on a field visit to Toraja
Estimated to be from the early-mid 1800s
Each is almost half a meter in size
A: 43.5 cm x 45 cm
B: 43.5 cm x 43.45 cm
C: 41 cm x 37.5 cm
D: 43.5 cm x 41 cm
