Returns & Refund Policy

These are all old items and must be presumed to be less than perfect.
To ensure that the artwork does not disappoint you and lead to unnecessary expense of effort & money, I request that before making the purchase
- you look at all the photos in detail and ask for more if needed
- ask all questions and understand the piece and its shortcoming if any.
If you wish to return the item, the following conditions are applicable:
1.1 You must email us at at jaina@wovensouls.com within 2 days of receiving the item
1.2 The item must reach us within 14 days after that communication
2.1 Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you
2.3 Your refund will be processed after deducting shipping / paypal fees / credit card fees.
Shipping costs of items sent to you are non-refundable. The refund applies only to the price of the item.
3.1 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
3.2 To return the item, you must use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance with proof of delivery.
Having said that, we are confident that you will not have reason to return your item! In the decade or so that I have sold on the internet, I have had only 2 items returned to me and the process was smooth and pleasant - so please don't worry about this aspect of internet shopping.
