One of three tribal necklaces from Mizoram.

Handcrafted traditional piece from the Mizo Hilltribes. [Mizoram is in North East India and borders Myanmar]

Restrung with metal parts in the 70s.

Material of the main beads is unknown - probably plant origin. Seeds maybe?

Acquired on a trip to Mizoram in 2011
Will be a striking accessory on a white or beige background.

Small holes in some beads - may have minor signs of wear as a result of age.
