Amazing 17th Century Old Antique Tibetan Buddhism Thangka Srongtsen Gampo
Srongtsen Gampo is the forefather of Buddhism in Tibet and is said to be the moving force behind the creation of the Tibetan script.
Songtsen Gampo reigned from 617 to 650.

Note the extraordinary iridescent paint that is seen in some portions of the painting.
