A Traditional Hearth

May 03, 2018 1 min read

Serving up food for the tummy as well aa the soul!

It is the place where the whole family congregates over aclong breakfast of “khambheer” – hot thick rotis made on a stone pan and salty butter tea – chatting listening to the radio news and exchanging family news before everone sets out for work. And the same routine is followed every evening at dinner time.

No formalities. Just great food. Served with warmth in a very bonded setting.

So privileged to be a oart of this home regularly!
