COURIERS
We send our precious pieces through
DHL / FEDEX / SPEEDPOST with
FULL TRACKING / 7-10 days delivery
RATES
Rates have been given at checkout for Small, Medium and Large Packages
SMALL = Less than 2 KG
MEDIUM = 2-4 KG
LARGE = More than 4 kg
PLEASE MAKE A FAIR ESTIMATE OF WEIGHT AT THE TIME OF PAYMENT
In case the estimate is grossly underestimated I will reach out to you.
If you are acquiring more than one work of art, additional shipping will probably apply

SHIPPING INSURANCE & LIABILITY
If requested we will purchase shipping insurance
for additional payment of 3% of the invoice.
Once the item has been handed over to the shipping service and tracking has been noted wovensouls has no liability and the shipping firm has limited liability.
To protect against damage or loss during shipping,
you are encouraged to purchase shipping insurance, especially for high-value items.

CUSTOMS / CUSTOMS DUTIES

Some countries have regulatory checks on items being brought in.
The buyer must resolve these at her / his end as I have no access or control over the customs offices in the other countries.
If you have any specific requests for this please discuss in advance.
I can assist with providing invoices and a document of origin but the actual clearing process at the destination is beyond our capability.

DELIVERY
Clients are encouraged to track the delivery and ensure that someone is present to accept delivery. Missed deliveries can cause tedious follow-up for both parties. In case the package is 'returned to sender' due to unsuccessful delivery, shipping can arranged again, for additional shipping fees.
