Rare Yak Bone Tantric Buddhist Priest's Crown
Five leaves painted and string together with leather
Worn by Oracles or priests during ceremonies as part of an extremely elaborate costume. This crown usually sits on top of a hat. The Lama himself paints the piece as a form of his devotional exercises.
Used by the Tantric stream of Buddhists that is followed mainly in the Himalayan Belt - Tibet, Nepal Bhutan etc.

This item has spent a lifetime being used for the purpose of its creation with the original artist/user.
