Plain embroidered skirt from Gujarat

Thick khaddad base cloth. Mostly hand stitched. [The applique trim at the bottom is machine stitched]

Deep blue with multi colored accents.

Embroidery is done with cotton thread with a few silk highlights.

Estimated to be from the '50s

Drawstring closure (drawstring not included - will need to be attached)
