The amber is probably Moroccan amber (faux amber) and the coral is mountain coral. The white sections may be pearls and have an ash-like substrate - maybe from cleaning or polishing
No clasps or closure fittings - it just has to be tied at the back.
The bead length is approximately 55cm and the string is additional.
The amber beads are roughly 3cm in diameter and the coral beads are around 2cm in diameter.

Signs of this life lived heartily may be present on the piece in the form of stains, thread loss, loose threads, holes, tears, color run and other imperfections.
