Collected from Tibet in 2007 from the Barkhor sellers
Used by Khampa Nomads of Eastern Tibet
Leather and ornate Tibetan silver
The red bead *might* be coral but not confirmed.
Leather hanger attached - to allow the piece to hang from the wearer's waist belt.
Rare relic of a vanishing lifestyle
Silver purses and flint lighters from the vanishing lifestyle are still available - even I have a few of those. But this is the only bullet case that I have seen and finding another - either in a store or online - is highly unlikely
Estimated to be from the early 1900s
