Old Tibetan Buddhist Prayer Beads with Mountain Coral

Probably belonged to the Nomads of the Chanthang in Tibet.

Contains white Himalayan mountain coral.

The beads have burnished sheen look that comes from constant handling

There are usually 108 beads but this one has two additional ones maybe to provide for loss.

Such pieces are relics of a fast vanishing culture and might never be seen again
