Hand-spun cotton, handwoven un-dyed khaddar cotton base, hand-embroidered with silk floss.

This piece not only has a unique octagonal medallion, it also has the most stylised and colored flowers & leaves in the borders.

Some usage related stains and discoloration.

Old textiles from the Swat valley are very rare to come by.

Estimate to be from the 1920s - 1950s
