Stunning Bishnoi Odhana from Rajasthan.

This superb geometric design is very rare.

Hand spun wool, hand woven and hand embroidered.

Most probably all natural dyes.

Dense arrangement of embroidery motifs.

A few mirrors.

The dark blue panels along the edges have been stitched on.

Rare Textile with a very rare design from the Bishnoi community in the Shekhawat region.

Age unknown but estimated to be 50-60 years old

Has lived a full life with the original owners and signs of that hearty life are present in the shawl as condition issues. Has holes, frayed edges, thread loss, some fading and repairs.
