1740 Three Old Vietnam Tribal Knife Holder Mounts

Vietnamese wooden belt accessories worn on the back at the hip as knife mounts.

Rarely available utilitarian objects that have been hand crafted in the amazing local aesthetic! Hand carved and painted with typical motifs.

The first is green - but unfinished. Size approximately 13 x 5.5 x 2.8 cm

The second is red and black. Size approximately11.5 x 4  x 1.5 cm 

The third is red and blue. Size approximately 12 x 4.5 x 2.5

Estimated to be from the mid - late 1900s
