Lovely cotton hand woven double-ikat shawl / dupatta from Andhra Pradesh

Smart color combination - maroon, black & white field with a checkered motifs

Double ikat is not easy and therefore not common as the work is tedious and demands more time and raises the price of the Ikat. However it has a small fan following in the urban women executives in India and is seeing a revival.
