Exquisitely crafted bead necklace with gold gilt

Auspicious Buddhist symbols e.g. shells present on the beads.

Such intricate crafting is usually seen in only important ritual objects.

The beads are heavy and possibly made of copper inners and gilted / plated with Gold

Has signs of usage and the gold gilt has faded a little

Probably used in Tibet / Probably crafted in Nepal

Estimated to be from the mid-late 1900s

NOTE: This is not made of gold. But the gilting is of high quality and visually looks like gold.
