Pin used to fix the hair bun.

Women in India have worn their hair long for centuries. Adorning the various hair styles with fresh flowers & ornaments was a part of their regular 'shringaar' ritual.

Raja Ravi Verma has immortalised some of those styles through his paintings.

This is a small example of those ornaments.
